Unfortunately, Africa has been hijacked by the descendants of the same slave merchants of old, using fictitious laws of the sea to overwrite the verbal Tribal and Customary Laws of the Land. They took our land and minerals and have left us with fictitious debts.
Our Living Souls, as Africans have been registered, our private property and our children. The word ‘register’ means ownership to the Crown of England. Yes, the Pope and the Crown claim that all African soil and People belongs to them. And the Pope claims he owns the world, including you and me. They have colluded with the world moneylenders, disguised as corporations behind ‘governments’.
They claim that they have lawful contracts, but this is part of the global fraud which has now been exposed and foreclosed on. Agents who claim to have the lawful right to reposes a Man’s Property:
a) Do not have wet ink contract. We are contesting that there is no contract!
b) Do not have a Power of Attorney as duly authorised agent in this matter.
c) Do not have my consent or that of a growing number of People.
d) Make commercial claims and we are claiming a Constitutional violation.

Law of the Land
God’s Law/Natural Law/Tribal and Customary Law and common law are Living Laws. We used to have Common Law courts with a jury of the People with a Judge as arbitrator, but even that has been hijacked by the previous ‘apartheid’ government with the Abolition of Juries Act of 1969.
Peace Officers and Judges swore oaths to protect the Real People. All oaths were made to uphold The One Law of “Do no harm, cause no loss”.
At this law of the Land, a Peace Officer swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and to protect the One Real People.
Law of the sea
Using the Queen’s law of the sea, undercover agents of the Crown, plunder the People on the Land using a language called Legalese, which sounds like English, but is deceptively different. This is a fiction bankruptcy law, where fiction corporations plunder the registered entities such as You, Me and Our Families and Children.
We are all trapped deceitfully, into consenting to this scam bringing harm to Real People who are protected by the Constitution. These corporations now use our Peace Officers and turn them into law enforcement officers to plunder the People.
Judges have been hijacked are now executive administrators (with no oath of office) of de facto courts and their sole job is to enforce offers of contract, whether we like it, or not.
1955 Freedom Charter
In 1955 the People of South Africa voted for Freedom from these slave traders. The Freedom Charter established Our Rights and that:
No one shall be condemned by the order of any government official;
The courts shall be representative of all the people;
The police force and army shall be open to all on an equal basis and shall be the helpers and protectors of the people;
Somehow, we have now moved from a racial ‘apartheid’ system to an economic ‘apartheid corporate empire.
The descendants of the slave traders have taken our gold and silver and left us with debt, poverty and misery.

You are already caught between:
Protecting the One Real People as a Peace Officer
OR
Working for the corporate bankers as a ‘law enforcement officer’.
The two actions are opposed to each other.
Matthew 6:24 says “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.” Educate yourself please.
We, the Real One People on the Land South Africa, believe that every Peace Officer will stand under his/her Oath to uphold the Constitution and to protect All People and inhabitants of the Land when the day comes and You are asked to do so, by The People. Because You, We and the Constitution believe in the Supremacy of God and You as Peace Officer have sworn to uphold The One Law of “Do no harm, cause no loss”.
Under admiralty law you were a law enforcement officer, but the Queen of England has been charged and her authority revoked, along with her law of the sea.

Ethical policing demands that we as employees of the South African Police Service act with integrity and respect for people’s diversity and the law, thereby enhancing service excellence to the approval of the public.

Application: Employees of the SAPS regard THE TRUTH as being of the utmost importance.
Explanation: We, as the employees of the SAPS, continually strive to uphold the mission, values, ethical principles and ethical standards of the SAPS. Explanation: Our duties mainly involve enforcing the law, and in our application of the law we will always stay within the law and Constitution of our country. We will, at all costs, avoid any conduct which would make us violators of the law. We will protect the inhabitants of South Africa against unlawful actions.
Service excellence
Application: Employees of the SAPS work towards service excellence.
Explanation: We will, at all times, perform our duties to the best of our abilities. Our conduct will bear the mark of professionalism. Our conduct and appearance will be proof of our commitment to service excellence.
Public approval
Application: Employees of the SAPS always work with and for the approval of the community.
Explanation: We will serve the best interest of the community, seeking the approval of the broad community in everything we do.
Oath
I
commit myself to creating a safe and secure environment for all people in South Africa by –
participating in endeavours aimed at addressing the causes of crime;
preventing all acts which may threaten the safety or security of any community; and

Vision and Mission
The Constitution of the Republic of South African, 1996 (Act 108 of 1996) lays down that the South African Police Service has a responsibility to: –

maintain public order;
protect and secure the inhabitants of the Republic and their property; and
uphold and enforce the law.

How the Mighty have Fallen: The Next Steps in Reclaiming our World and Ourselves – Posted on March 13, 2013
In just over one month, history has been made.
One Pope has fallen, the Vatican is in disarray, and heads of state are evading arrest warrants after being publicly tried and sentenced for Crimes against Humanity.
And thanks to the February 25 verdict of our Common Law Court, the legitimate authority of the Vatican and the British Crown has been disestablished by the fact that their heads of state are now wanted criminals.
As at the Nuremberg Trials, not only criminal actors but the system they represent have been lawfully judged and sentenced before the world. Our Common Law Court verdict has given all of us a rare historical opportunity to reclaim power from those who have for so long usurped it. The question now faces us: Will we do so?
To grasp the momentous nature of what has happened and the glowing chance humanity has been given to free itself of its oldest tyranny, let’s remember a few key events:
January 30, 2013: The International Common Law Court’s Prosecution concludes its case against Thirty officials accused of Genocide in Canada, including the Pope and four top Vatican officers. The Accused do not respond to or deny the charges. The Jury of thirty three sworn citizens then judges the evidence.
February 4: A diplomatic note is issued to the Vatican Secretariat by a European government working with our Common Law Court, concerning its impending Arrest Warrant against one of the accused, Joseph Ratzinger (aka Pope Benedict)
February 11: Joseph Ratzinger resigns as Pope
February 15: Ratzinger is given sanctuary and “legal immunity” by the Vatican
February 25: The Common Law Court Jury unanimously finds Ratzinger, Elizabeth Windsor and 28 others guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity and Criminal Conspiracy, and sentences them to 25 years imprisonment and loss of property and authority. The guilty are given one week to comply.
March 3: The occupation and seizure of church property begins in Canada, England, the United States and Italy.
March 4: The guilty do not comply. Common Law Citizen Arrest Warrants are then issued by the Court for the detainment of Ratzinger, Windsor and others. Attempted arrests proceed.
March 7: A Public Notice declares that the legal and political authority of the governments, courts and police of the Vatican, Canada, England and other Commonwealth nations is nullified and disestablished. The Notice calls for new Constitutional Republics in these countries and for Civil Constitutions which nationalize church property and governance. (see http://www.itccs.org, March 7)
For years, the aim of our movement has been to uproot the institutional and spiritual source of centuries of murderous crimes against the innocent by the corporate empire known as the Vatican, and its many offshoots. We have begun to do so now, lawfully and openly. The mask has finally slipped, for those who can see and understand. The perpetrators of the worst Genocide in human history stand not only condemned and sentenced, but legally and morally dis-established.
However, more ITCCS members are going public since the Common Law Court verdict, including Jury members Lisa Shannon and Melanie Spencer, and ITCCS organizers Gerry O’Donovan, Dave O’Brien and John Deegan in Ireland, Thierry David in France and Rev. Joshua Lemmens in Canada.
Your superiors won’t acknowledge this because they are employed by the corporations. Failing to protect the Real People is a serious offence and this will be added as evidence into the Constitutional Court case. You, the Man/Woman may be charged in the International Tribunal and Common Law Court of Justice for breaking your oath.
Conclusion
The Law of The Land is supreme. You, as Peace Officer, not law enforcement, have sworn an oath to protect and uphold the Law of the Land, not the sea.
The Queen’s law, admiralty law has now been dis-established and has been legally foreclosed on. In All cases, You stand under Your Oath of Office and under your oath to God’s Law.
We have filed a Final Notice and Demand of investigation, regarding these and all matters relating, to the Constitutional Court on the 24th of June,
