Numerous times and in various contexts I have warned everyone to guard yourselves from distraction — the magician’s trick of sidetracking you and ensnaring your attention, so that you place your attention where he wants it, instead of where you need it to be.
We are not here to study Federal Code nor to understand the procedures and rules of foreign courts. Our mission is to rapidly learn our own American Common Law and stand up our own courts, so that the foreign courts can be peaceably ousted.
This does not imply that the foreign courts will cease to exist; there will always be a need for courts to adjudicate issues that arise at sea and issues that result in the realm of commerce. The difference is, once we lift up our own courts, they will no longer be able to misaddress us.
We will have our own courts and those courts will be competent to address living people.
That is the goal. This is how we can shut down these predatory foreign courts and put an end to their pillaging and plundering. The sooner the better.
So it’s our job to learn American Common Law and we have several very viable courses and means to do this.
Seen from this perspective it is clear that spending time and effort learning foreign law — is a distraction. It takes our attention and our resources away from what we actually need to do to solve the problem.
Studying Federal Codes and State-of-State statutes and foreign Supreme Court rulings only enmeshes us deeper in their law and does nothing toward uplifting and enforcing and enjoying the benefits of our own.
We have our own Supreme Court rulings to study, our own traditions and rules and procedures. And the sooner we bear down and stand up our own courts, the sooner we are done dealing with these foreign courts.
So, please — cease and desist from following after the magicians and get your attention centered back on what you need to do for yourselves.

As World Economic Forum head Klaus Schwab proclaimed that “the future is built by us” at the opening of the annual Davos gathering, two other European elites declared that the global energy crisis is a “transition” that will be “painful” for most, but should not be resisted by nations tempted to preserve their own sovereignty over the “global agenda.”
Schwab called those summoned before him a “powerful community,” and declared “We have the means to improve the state of the world, but two conditions are necessary: The first one, is that we act all as stakeholders of larger communities, so that we serve not only our self-interests but we serve the community. That’s what we call ‘stakeholder responsibility.'”
“And second, that we collaborate,” he continued, adding “And this is the reason why you find many opportunities here during the meeting to engage into… action and impact initiatives to make progress related to specific issues on the global agenda.”
As further discussions progressed Monday, German vice-chancellor Robert Habeck spoke about the energy crisis, warning that governments of individual nations should not seek to protect their own citizens, but instead follow “the rule of the markets”.

Our States of the Union are now in Session and preparing to address the long overdue Reconstruction. The resurrection of the only Federal Republic that has ever existed is in our hands, not theirs.
The entire so-called Operation Phoenix is a confidence racket scheme against the interests of this country and its people.
I will also note that the Queen’s Government is now giving away tons of fiat USD in an effort to say that they have paid their debts and rewarded their loyal British Territorial U.S. Citizens by “paying” them paper I.O.U.’s based on their own credit, in “equitable exchange” for their land and soil, businesses, and other material asset interests.
Thus, the Queen’s Government pays out paper based on the American’s own credit in exchange for their substance (their land and soil, body, home, gold and silver, etc.) and devalues the fiat USD at the same time — and all in purportedly “equitable consideration” for their assets. The assets these British henchmen obtain using this deceit are then cashiered in a Territorial National Trust, and America is transformed into a British Territory (aka, Colony) again.
These unlawful and illegal pretenses are unwelcome on our shores and should be universally recognized as crimes against us, against any moral world community, and against the Public Law which requires registration and identification of Foreign Agents.
To date, there has been no full disclosure made to the American people concerning their birthright political status and the consequences of adopting British Territorial U.S. Citizenship. There has equally been no disclosure concerning the bankruptcy of the United States, Inc., and the silliness of setting up “the” White House Office, Inc., with Joseph R. Biden acting as the Registered Agent.
Exactly what office attaches to the White House or any other house? And while we are at it, what flag can any of these scoundrels legitimately fly?
We loaned them the use of our Title IV flag during their exercise of delegated duties and as anyone can see, they have trespassed against us and against other nations of the world by engaging in mercenary wars and activities never authorized under their contracts, while also failing to perform their actual duties.
They’ve allowed their contract to lapse via repeated bankruptcies and unauthorized and unrecognized claims of succession, with the result that all delegated powers have returned by Operation of Law to the Federation of States that granted those delegations of power in the first place.
If the British Territorial citizenry are to have any role or standing going forward it must be in terms of being allowed to retrieve their State National political status and in flying the peace flag.
The craziness needs to stop, and with it, the insane promotion of perpetual war which has done nothing but enrich defense contractors and empower crooked politicians at the expense of the entire rest of this planet.
The ruse that the British-backed Territorial U.S. Government hit upon at the end of the so-called American Civil War — to keep the “war” going in the jurisdiction of the sea and the air, even long after it was ended on the land — has been copied again and again to the detriment of law, order, and decency.
We find that not only was the American Civil War purportedly never resolved (until 2020) but neither was the First World War, the Second World War, and the infamous Korean War / Conflict. All these wars were left in an active status at sea and in the air, which allowed the Perpetrators to continue to assess and collect “war reparations” even 160 years after the end of actual physical hostilities.
World War I ended in an Armistice and a singular Treaty of Versailles that encompassed peace on the land jurisdiction only. World War II was similarly denied any complete ending; although hostilities in fact ended in September of 1945. In this case, an impossible to satisfy United Nations accord stands in the way of peace — an accord that requires all Parties to the Second World War to sign off on the peace treaties ending it, which is impossible because numerous Parties to the Second World War no longer exist as political entities.
Like the American Civil War, the Korean War was in fact the Korean Conflict — an undeclared, unauthorized, and entirely dubious struggle that never actually ended with any trilateral peace treaties on air, land, and sea.
This is our Order to Cease and Desist all pretensions of war related to these and any other prior wars and conflicts, and also our Order to Cease and Desist all British-affiliated attempts to press-gang and buy off Americans adopting U.S. Citizen political status without the benefit of full disclosure.

I sometimes think that all these people know is how to lie. And then, lie about lying.
Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, famously observed that if you tell a really Big Lie and tell it often enough, no matter how preposterous, people believe it.
So here’s today’s offering and I quote:
“Back in 2019 during phase one of Sign-In America, Anna had the State Coordinators sign over your birth certificate because they monetized and liquidated them for themselves.”
Aside from the fact that nobody can sign over your birth certificate bonds but you, let’s compare this with reality.
I never asked anyone associated with Sign-In America to view anyone’s birth certificate, ever.
Why would I?
Sign-In America is about bringing claims forward — mortgages, utility bills, and other expenses that Americans shouldn’t be paying. Why? Because Americans are the landlords and owners of the public utilities. Americans are also owed Offset Mutual Credit Exchange Exemptions for all federal and federal franchise taxes. Sign-In America is about claiming and eventually getting reimbursed for all that. Nothing to do with birth certificates.
Once you have declared and established your standing as an American and have published that political status choice on the public record, there is no reason for anyone to ever view or keep a copy of your birth certificate. The only reason we ever look at birth certificates is to establish where you were born. We have no use for them aside from that.
Then there is the idea that birth certificate bonds have value for the victims, when instead, they have value for the British Monarch and the Pope. Think, people. What are bonds and what are bonds associated with? Bondage. Yours.
The Pope puts down your birth weight in gold as a bond against the value of your lifetime labor. You either have to pay him back that gold, plus interest, or you are considered permanently enslaved and obligated to serve as a Municipal CITIZEN.
And how are you ever going to pay him off, if you don’t know that this bond has been placed against YOUR NAME?
Now do you get what birth certificate bonds really are and how they work?
The Pope can monetize and liquidate those bonds for himself, but you aren’t even supposed to know that they exist. You are supposed to be a nice, meek, stupid, compliant slave to this system, born to live and die without a glimmer of what is going on behind your back.
What actually happened is that the Municipal Government, dba, UNITED STATES, INC. was getting ready for one of its period bankruptcies, in which it relieves itself of debt at your expense. All the Municipal Cestui Que Vie Trusts “representing” your earthly estate were up for grabs, being surrendered to the Creditors of the UNITED STATES, INC. — and you, who are actually their Priority Creditors, didn’t even have a claim on the gameboard.
How could you? You had no idea that any of this was even going on, much less how you had been “salvaged” by the British Crown under False Pretenses and sold to the Pope.
At the time, and because of the looming bankruptcy settlement, I suggested that if you really are a U.S. Citizen, you should return the Municipal Birth Certificate related to the PERSON to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and appoint him or her as Fiduciary and direct him to deposit the PERSON in the U.S. Treasury Account. This was done to force the U.S. Treasury to protect the assets of the actual Federal Employees among us. Some of us who are not Federal Employees took this step, too, on our way back home to our State of the Union.
Having put the U.S. Treasury on Notice and having made it responsible for the ESTATES bought everyone some precious time and a logical chain of possession allowing us to step-by-step remove our assets back to our home States, where they are protected from all and any corporate bankruptcies.
So we claimed back all the property and assets belonging to Americans with “hands and feet” for those same Americans and we got your claim to your own earthly estate on the record for you and we stood behind the claims of both The United States and The United States of America, and we indemnified the whole she-bang with the UNITED STATES, INC., debt so that you could conduct lawful business again.
We have spent the last twenty years trying to teach you knot heads how to reclaim your own assets out of the bankruptcy slush pile and get yourselves organized to operate your own government. Those years have been unpaid years of public service.
We have been doing our Public Duty as Americans. We have been working for you, for free, for twenty-plus years. And you do what? Stand around and tell Big Fat Lies about us?
As a result of the stink we’ve raised and the efforts of all the State Assemblies, the Perpetrators are being held responsible. The gold underlying those birth certificate bonds has been returned to the Pope’s henchmen operating “the” British Territorial United States of America — not to us, the actual claimants.
So, once again, this time against the Brits, we have to bring light to the issues, and rebut their claims that we are “lost” British Merchant Mariners or U.S. Citizens operating as Foreign Situs Trusts. Left to themselves, they’d happily claim all that gold for the Queen and give it back to the Pope again.
Here we are, fighting all these issues for you, in the determined effort to reclaim all American property assets and interests — and all the Dimwits among us can do is stand around telling lies about us and what we have done and what we are doing.
The true purpose of any Government is to protect the people they serve and also protect the people’s assets. This is what the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America has done for you. For free.
You had better believe it and support it with every ounce of courage you’ve got, because our lawful American Government is all that is standing between you and some very rapacious foreign creditors who are owed a lot of money by the Hired Help pretending to “represent” you.

Exactly what is your “system” good for? Inefficient tax accounting?

Do we, the people work for Government? OR Does Government work for US?
No, government works for us! They are our public servants, our hired help; we pay their salaries; not the UN, IMF or WHO. South Africa belongs to we the people. The 1955 Freedom Charter declares: “South Africa belongs to all who live in it…”
Now, our servants claim to own our cars, houses, public buildings, lands and everything. And, they think they can now do as they want in our house.
There is a well-established principle of law that says: Capture by pirates and robbers does not change title.
It’s time to wake up and remember who we are and restore the natural order of things. The Creator Created man and man created a fiction called government. And the only purpose for government is to protect our rights and provide us with services.
U.S. Justice Matthews in Yick Wo v. Hopkins clearly states: “Sovereignty itself is… not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law… while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.”
The 1776 Declaration of Independence of the original 13 united States of America declares: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Now, the theory of government is that we have surrendered some of our rights so that government can protect the rights that we have not surrendered. The fiction is that we have consented to the surrender of our rights. The reality is that our rights have been stolen from us because the government monopolizes force; it’s a sad and terrible reality. Still, rights are yours, not the government’s to be taken away.
If, our rights belong to us then they cannot be taken away by majority vote; they cannot be taken away by legislation; they cannot be taken away by command of the executive; they cannot be taken away by the majority of the people; they can only be taken away IF I GIVE THEM UP MYSELF. We can voluntarily surrender our own natural rights but, one cannot surrender someone else’s rights because natural rights belong to each one of us. That is the theory of a republican form of government and we are a Republic not a democracy.
Question: Is there any legitimate activity a government has in a free society? Yes, to protect the natural rights of the people in that society; meaning, do not assault my freedom, my life, my liberty, my property! Protect it! That is what a government is for.
The Bill of Rights was supposed to be written to prevent government from doing that except by due process; due process means if they want to take away my rights, one has the right to a fair trial and the protections that come with it. However, the Constitution was a sellout and natural rights have been flipped.
Now, if the government recognised the concept of natural rights and people sovereignty, it would know that virtually everything it has done since 1995 has been unlawful. A government that believes in natural rights will limit itself to those behaviors. Do you know of any government today that limits itself to only the protection of natural rights? That is the ideal.
The problem is that the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA is merely a foreign privately-owned corporation and a subsidiary of the UN, IMF, WHO controlled by the globalist elite’s and their New World Order.
This week, representatives of most nations will be surrendering our sovereignty to the New World Order with the Plandemic Treaty. We have already declared it null and void with the Minister of Health. Joe Phaala does not have our consent. He has no legal or lawful right to give up our rights for us.

On May 22-28 in Geneva Switzerland, 194 countries intend to hand over their sovereignty to an un-elected global body under the guise of protecting the public from future pandemics.
In reality this action will override individual sovereignty and national health freedoms guaranteed by constitutions, bills of rights, and charters of rights of all participating countries.
Under the guise of arbitrary emergency public health measures, an attempt to secure global control is being made.
The Ministry of Health in America has preempted this action by mailing and publishing a letter on May 10, 2022 sent to Director General Tedros of the WHO, and many of the chief US delegates purported to be involved in the action.
The letter denies consent of members and partners of the Ministry of Health and declares the action illegitimate and any resulting action that breaches the private domain of the Ministry of Health or its partners is now the personal responsibility of all participants that ratify the IHR at the 75th Annual World Health Assembly.
The Ministry of Health has forever secured the space for every member and partner in the future to hold personally liable, every person and entity responsible for this violation of personal sovereignty and privacy through the defilement of their public oath of office in carrying out the WHO attempt to subvert basic and inalienable health freedoms.
Call to action:
– Make known the contents of the letter and the potential consequences for those ratifying the IHR in Geneva, May 22-28. If we can get enough open discussion before the event, it may derail the entire 75th World Health Assembly.

From time to time I overhear some Wiseacre snarking that “my” process doesn’t work, or “my” process isn’t necessary, or “my” process is suspect because I have a foreign last name, or because I’m a woman (as opposed to being a transgender man?) or because, because, because.
I want to make it absolutely, explicitly, and forever clear that “my” process isn’t “my” process.
The process used to declare yourselves as Americans in possession of your birthright political status is the result of fifty years of study and work done by thousands of Americans over the time period from 1860 to today.
The process and paperwork used by our State Assemblies is dictated by International Law, including The Law of War and Occupation, The Geneva Conventions, and International Public Records Law. It is also “informed” by the answers our Founding Fathers developed when they were faced with similar problems in the early years of this country.
That this process is anti-intuitive for a great many people is understood, especially as most Americans don’t have the faintest idea what has been done to them or their country at the hands of their own military, but once you do know the history, it’s obvious enough. Our identity has been stolen, we’ve been doubly impersonated and human trafficked, and grossly defrauded in breach of trust and violation of commercial service contract.
We’ve been “occupied” by our own military since 1860, and they’ve made merry at our expense ever since. They’ve played all sorts of games to evade their Constitutional obligations and limitations, told all sorts of lies, engaged in all sorts of war for profit, messed up our monetary system beyond belief, illegally confiscated trillions of dollars worth of private property under color of law, enslaved, press-ganged, and subjected their Employers, failed their duty to defend this country and our people, and have generally taken on the character of an illegal and predatory foreign mercenary force that doesn’t pay beans.
They’ve lied to us, lied to the rest of the world, and lied to every new inductee since 1860.
It’s in response to this overall situation that our paperwork has been framed to protect individual Americans and make it increasingly difficult for these Perpetrators to continue to pretend that we don’t exist and/or that we “voluntarily” joined them in their insurrection against our lawful government.
As for the paperwork “not working” — and “being spotty” — sometimes working and sometimes not, remember who you are dealing with. These are mercenaries. They are not nice men. They aren’t operating courts of justice. They are operating private collection agencies “as courts” to collect war reparations owed by Municipal citizens of the United States.
And absolutely every American they can lay hands on is being mischaracterized and misidentified as both a British Person and as a Municipal citizen of the United States for obvious and self-interested reasons.
These are the facts and if our paperwork isn’t working 100% of the time, we can only observe that it should be working 100% of the time, and if it isn’t, it is the fault of the United Nations Organization, which is supposed to be enforcing the Geneva Conventions and preventing such gross crimes against individual Americans and their property interests.
Our American Government has not agreed to the “Great Reset” which amounts to amnesty for thieves and zeroing out the bank accounts of the victims. Please note that there are now many thousands of Americans all over this country who have awakened and reclaimed their birthright political status, and their intent is absolutely clear, even if their paperwork isn’t perfect.
We are in favor of gradual repayment of prepaid credit to the victims of this scheme, relieving them of all debts addressed to Municipal CITIZENS and all expenses related to these now bankrupt individual corporations.
It is well-past time for the Americans to be recognized as the “long-lost” owners and inheritors of the land and soil of this country and all assets derived from the land and soil. And it is also past time for our Employees to read their contracts, do their jobs, and obey the actual law of this country.
I know that there are many in the military who don’t like being criticized, but it is what it is. We are standing here with our Southern Border wide open and our economy and health under assault from a foreign enemy (with respect to us) and a domestic enemy (with respect to the U.S. military) and every branch of the U.S. Military is in Gross Dereliction of Duty for failing to protect this country and its people–which is actually their only job assignment and reason for being.
So, take that, full in the chops and realize what it means.
If our military isn’t going to support us and defend our people and our country, what obligation do we have to support them? And what do we need them for? Just more harassment and surveillance and trespass against our Constitutional Guarantees? More theft of our money and our credit and our assets in every respect? All under conditions of deceit and color of law?
As the lawful civilian government of this country, we are owed the return of all our property interests, all our land grants and patents, all our people safe and sound, the value of our labor that has been purloined, and our money (gold and silver) safely returned. And all without False Flags, criminal collusions, and failure to perform.
All this terror and predation and theft and destruction is not the fault or failure of the civilian government. It’s the fault of the Territorial Government. Shame on all of you who inherited this situation and did nothing about it, not even the common courtesy of telling your Employers what was happening, much less fulfilling the responsibility to assist us in restoring the civilian government and holding new Public Elections. For shame on all of you forever.
So much for protecting and upholding the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, for you have allowed yourselves to evade the Constitutions and to illegally conscript Americans, and do all sorts of criminal things against the people who have paid your wages and paid for all your expensive equipment and kept faith with you all these years.
If the U.S. Military doesn’t grow a backbone and damn straight quick, it will go down in infamy as the most notorious and deceitful and incompetent and disloyal military force in history. It will be found serving the interests of the Queen, the Pope, the Belgians and all the ugly old European Colonial Powers and all while betraying the American People.
The “decline” of the American Dollar and the hideous inflation and counterfeiting of “Federal Reserve Notes” is all down to British finagling, criminality, and self-interest that the U.S. Military has turned a blind eye to, sat on its rump, and allowed. The rising threat of China and the escape of the IRS, Goldman-Sachs, and Federal Reserve interests to China is all on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and those underlings who have trimmed their nails and watched it happen.
And none of you have any plausible deniability with respect to any of this, because you have had copies of your contracts all along and you have had reason to know who your employers are and you are being called on the carpet by the common people of this country who despite all their handicaps can nonetheless see what is going on.

Indeed, few historical events can match the prevalence of the Westphalian myth, which holds that the Peace marked the emergence of the sovereign state and the modern international system as we know it.
The source of this enduring myth can be traced to an influential article by Leo Gross, described by one critic as ‘the Homer of the Westphalia myth’, which was published in the American Journal of International Law in 1948. Writing on the tercentenary of the Peace, soon after the founding of the United Nations, the Austrian-born legal scholar described 1648 as ‘the majestic portal which leads from the old into the new world’ and ‘the starting point for the development of international law’. This is still the dominant image of Westphalia: a major turning point between the medieval and the modern, the birth certificate of the international legal order. Political and legal theorists generally adopt wholesale the views promoted by Gross, while historians have done little to dispel this myth.
Even today, when scholars regularly invoke the need for a ‘post-Westphalian’ order, or wonder what lies ‘beyond Westphalia’, they implicitly take Westphalian sovereignty as their natural starting point. A major component of the Great Reset-Technocratic Agenda is the implementation of a worldwide digital identity scheme. One of the first steps to realize this goal is to convince the public that digital identity programs are a “human right” worth fighting for.
Why is the push for digital identity absolutely vital to the Technocrats visions?
The world of 2030 — the one in which the World Economic Forum imagines “you will own nothing and be happy” — depends on an all-encompassing digital id program. This digital ID will allow a track and trace society where the authorities can see every purchase and every move you make.
One could argue much of society has already handed over this data with the ubiquitous use of credit cards which track purchases, and phones which log GPS data. However, the digital ID scheme will also be linked to a digital wallet holding the local Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), the digital currency of governments which will be needed for all legal transactions. Eventually, this digital ID and the digital wallet will be connected to, and impacted by, your individual social credit score.
As I have reported since March 2020, these initiatives were already in the works prior to COVID-19. However, it was the beginning of the COVID-19 panic that allowed governments around the world to push further towards their vision of Technocracy. For example, we have been told that use of cash should be greatly reduced or eliminated altogether because of reports claiming COVID-19 spread through dirty old money. This conveniently leads into the calls for digital currency programs such as CBDCs.
Of course, we see the push for “contact tracing” apps to track the alleged spread of disease, and vaccine passport/health passport apps have begun to acclimate the public to carrying a digital ID card with them everywhere they go. The vaccine passport is simply a gateway to a digital identity which has already been in the works in the United States, to one degree or another, since at least 2005 with the passing of the controversial REAL ID Act.

Their actions, however, regularly belie their stated intentions.
The severe sanctions imposed on Russia by the US and its allies over the conflict in Ukraine will change the existing world order, former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has claimed.
Medvedev, who is now the deputy chairman of his country’s Security Council, took to Telegram on Friday to point out possible effects of the restrictions that hurt not only Russia, but also those who impose them and the international community as a whole.
A number of “global supply chains” are going to be destroyed by the sanctions, risking “a major logistical crisis,” the official wrote, adding that some Western airlines may also go broke due to being unable to use Russian airspace.
The energy crises in the states that have slapped “self-harming” sanctions on Russian oil and gas will worsen, with energy prices continuing to grow, he predicted.
“A full-fledged international food crisis will emerge with the prospect of famine in individual states.”
Instability of national currencies, galloping inflation, and the destruction of legal protections for private property will lead to monetary and financial emergencies, affecting individual countries or whole international blocs, Medvedev said.
“New regional conflicts will break out” in places where tensions have remained unresolved for decades, while “the terrorists will increase their activities thinking that the attention of the Western governments is being distracted by wrangling with Russia,” he wrote.
