Thank you for all the comments. Much clarity provided by the Q & A’s. I have another question though, how is your process different from ZARBoervolk Process? And after all is done and submitted, is there a form of identification provided to you, or how does it work going forward? Relying on the SA ID Book or ID Card is still a representation of you being under RSA Inc?

Good day, can you please assist me as to what to do next, we did mailed our documents to the 3 destinations and only sars collected their documents, and the Durban high court only do deceased estates and insolvency etc, I did went so far as to email them yesterday with their documents and they did reply to say they “advice” me to get legal representative and to contact the high court directly. We did post all documents on the 6th November, and as I mentioned only sars did collect their documents but treasury and high court did not it is already past final notice accordinly the tracking app.
