SA Jural Assembly Month End Report

Hopefully this will be the last negative month end report and the last housecleaning issues will finally be sorted out this month. But, if you are looking for hopium then you are certainly in the wrong place because half the time the truth hurts.

Regarding the UPF – Right now, there is literally no United People’s Front left. All the original coalitions have either left because they have a different agenda or discredited themselves in some or other way. The egos are running rampant, dear people. This is the kind of behaviour one can expect when governments have abandoned all good ethics, morals and values; what follows generally is that the people do the same. All that is left standing is the SA Jural Committee (surprisingly) and SA Jural Assembly. We ain’t going anywhere until the job is done.

Regarding the Referendum – Adv Thekiso, who is running the yesmovement referendum, is refusing us access to the referendum details after many requests. So, we are putting that referendum on hold until he meets our demands. He launched the SA Sovereign People’s Movement at https://saspm.co.za/ recently.

We strongly advise you to not support SASPM either until the referendum issue is resolved. After all, their code of conduct declares transparency and we demand nothing less. When we have volunteers for a referendum committee we will re-launch the referendum on a secure website that we control. However, there are just too few volunteers right now so please enlist so we can get it going asap.

Regarding the ZAR boervolk – Last month ZAR Volkshof issued a cease and desist order against SA Jural Assembly claiming that our referendum is a NWO cabal action so we resigned from assisting them as of immediate effect. The boervolk are divided into literally thousands of factions and the “bitterenders” among them are very unreasonable at the best of times.  They have much housecleaning and homework to do before we can help them again. However, we will keep them a place at the negotiating table with the SAR kingdoms and states but leave them till last because right now they will most likely sink the peaceful negotiations.

Then there have also been the trolls who “infiltrated” our groups to sow dissent and try to discredit us because they are just plain mean and bitter and bored with their lives. A few volunteers left because of this behaviour and it was almost the end of the jural committee too.

Also, key members had to deal with computer and phone hacking issues. Coincidently, the same trolls are affiliated to hacker groups too… And one troll, in particular, also recently spread the false rumor that someone had received a 10 year sentence for emancipating. At times it reads like a spy movie, yes.

We have been on this road for over a decade and have seen this kind of behaviour since the beginning – yawn. We warned the SA Jural Committee members on numerous occasions that they must screen people and groups because many have their own agendas; and they thought me paranoid. But, of course, they must also make their own experiences so they can learn and grow from it or fall apart because the path to freedom is a tough road. And, there is also no other way to do it; nothing, nada, niks. We strongly advise all volunteers to stay off all social media groups.

However, not all is gloom and doom. There are also good things on the horizon but we do not have permission to publish that until those involved agree. When the time comes SA Jural Assembly will be at the finishing line no matter who initiates it; we seem to be the only ones with a plan for the people, other than the NWO plan…

In closing, the system will collapse to a point where it will drive us all together and we will put our egos and differences aside. But, it is still going too good for too many. So, make sure you keep a healthy balance between prepping and taking action because we do not know to what extent it will collapse.

Nevertheless, we look forward to a new earth wherein righteousness dwells.

What Happens When the Workforce No Longer Wants to Work?

Workers are voting with their feet, and that’s difficult to control. When values and expectations change, everything else eventually changes, too.

What happens when the workforce no longer wants to work? We’re about to find out. As with all cultural sea changes, macro statistics don’t tell the full story. The sea change is better illuminated by anecdotal evidence: workers constantly quitting to take better jobs; zero loyalty to corporate employers; workers cutting hours from full-time to part-time; workers going out for lunch and never coming back; workers giving up on selling sugar-water for the rest of their lives (echoing Steve Jobs’ famous challenge to John Scully: “Do you want to sell sugared water for the rest of your life? Or do you want to come with me and change the world?”) and giving up on owning an insanely over-valued house.

Workers may sell sugar-water but their hearts are no longer in it. Some are interested in changing the world, and others are interested in changing their own lives as the means to change the world.

Note that this cultural shift is global. The dynamics of the global economy are similar the world over: capital has garnered most of the gains of the past generation, leaving shards for labor; the “good things in life” such as owning a house and nice vehicle have soared out of reach of all but the top 10% of households; youth were implicitly promised “good paying jobs and fulfilling careers” if they went to university, and then they graduate into a global economy of dead-end jobs and cut-throat competition for the few slots at the top of the constantly eroding sand pile.

The global lockdown revealed several great truths to many idled workers: 1) I’m wasting my life slaving away for an employer to whom I am disposable; 2) trying to own the upper-middle class lifestyle is not worth the sacrifices required, and 3) there are ways to work less and still get by, and live a better life doing so.

Once the rats are no longer interested in the rewards because they’re out of reach, they jump off the wheel. Once the tax donkeys flop down in exhaustion and ask why they’re working so hard to pay outrageous taxes and fees, they lose interest in carrying their heavy load ever again. When debt-serfs stop and calculate their chances to pay off their debt and reach upper-middle class Nirvana, they bail on the entire project.

Freedom Declaration Day – Kliptown: 25th & 26th June!

This is a 2-day event in Johannesburg, where the signing of our interim new Freedom Declaration is being done. An historic event, as it was this weekend and exact dates in 1955, that the original Freedom Charter was ratified.This is your Freedom Declaration for our new South African Republic!Everyone is invited! 
We are requesting donations to assist with covering costs of printing flyers, t-shirts, transport, musicians and some catering.
We are also in need of a bus (or 2), for transporting people to and from the venue, Kliptown Park. Does anyone here work for, or know of someone that works for any car companies? Can you work some magic please?

We need wheels – spare car!

We have not yet perfected tele-transportation, so are in urgent need of a car to get one of the volunteer team members around a few of the provinces, to complete the face-to-face work that is needed in the processes with the various Kingdoms and First Nations people. This super-hero is currently based in Johannesburg, and would need the wheels for a duration of about 2 to 3 months.
Do you possibly have a spare car, one that is sitting around not being used, or maybe a company vehicle that can be shared?
I know it’s a ’tall ask’, but nothing ventured nothing gained … and when we stand together; that’s when we all WIN!

Leadership Roles & Active Committee Members!

This is all about self-governance, and it needs people to do that! It is incredibly exciting that we the people, really do have this opportunity to create the utopian future we wish for our children and generations that follow. Let’s get involved! 

More Committees are needing to be set up, and require active members, also needing people keen to take on leadership roles, and provincial coordinators. 

Please email back if you are interested to actively be part of co-creating our new country, and also whether you are willing to take on a leadership role.
Note about Committees:As a rough guideline, each committee works through what their magnificent vision is for the South African Republic, relating to the specific committee focus, (such as education, common law, health, technology, agriculture, transport, energy, trade etc). They work towards creating a handbook, a manual, a how-to-guide and standards of excellence.
So that, for example, when a village or suburb or community gets together and wants to make a difference, (such as setting up a new boutique school, they can reach out to the UPF website, go to the relevant eduction committee, draw down the appropriate handbook and see how to set up the new school, based on common law principles, together with suggested new curriculum and guidelines, including budget.) 
There is a lot of work to do in these committees as we look at the ‘old’ systems that did not work, across all aspects of the country, and co-create the ’new’ and abundant ways of living, doing and being! It’s incredibly exciting to participate in this, and an honour , responsibility and opportunity of note! Language Skills please – translators!  We are needing assistance in translating marketing and advertising materials and other documents. June is SA People’s Freedom Declaration Month

This month is Freedom Declaration month. The people might ask why do we need a Freedom Declaration? What on earth for?  Firstly, it is said that history repeats itself, obviously there are differences. In the 1950’s the people rejected the state of oppression and apartheid and the apartheid struggle began with the defiance campaign and by 1955 a freedom charter was declared, which the people adopted on the 25 & 26^th of June in Kliptown Jhb. Now those of us that are educated and informed, we know that it was the fake Jews from the synagogue of Satan that the Bible warns us about that were behind the Freedom Charter and of course the words in there, because the intention was to sell us down the river by 1995. It’s important for us to realise that the illuminati have been fully in control of South Africa already since the will of Cecil John Rhodes, Milner, the Rothschilds etc and we are still firmly in the grip of the New World Order which is now clear for everybody else to see.

Now the 1955 Freedom Charter and the Freedom Declaration both declare that no government can justly claim authority unless its based on the will of the people. Is the current Government based on the will of the people? No, it’s not, we all have our own reasons for that and so we need to remove our consent from this unlawful government and the first step is to remove your name from the voter’s roll, from the IEC voter’s roll. If you go to https://giftoftruth.wordpress.com and go to the voter deregistration page, then you will see there is a form called REC6, download it, complete it and take it to your nearest IEC office and if they ask why, quote the electoral act, its all on the page and follow that process. The next step is to join the SA peoples national referendum, that is a declaration, you will see it is a declaration and it is calling for foreclosure and liquidation of this bankrupt RSA Inc and it is also establishing you as the priority claimants, owners and shareholders of the South African Republic as well as your private property and its calling for direct self-governance. The people shall govern.

The next step after you have removed consent is you need to make a declaration, it’s a principle of law that the decree of the sovereign makes law. Declarations make law. So you need to make a declaration of rights and this is where the Freedom Declaration comes in. The Freedom Declaration is an updated version of the original one with all the necessary changes so that we don’t get sold down the river again and then of course, we have been very limited but we have shared it with as many as we could and there are contributions which have been made, changes which are being done leading up to the 25 & 26^th when we will be gathering in Kliptown and then of course for the next few years it will be reviewed and updated every year at around the same time until everyone is happy with the Freedom Declaration . This declaration is not only for us but for future generations and it’s there to ensure that we don’t get sold down the river again, this time we have got to do it right, we have got to keep the cabal out and we have got to build our vision of an alternative society.

The next steps after declaring the Freedom Charter is the reconstruction and development programme. Now just going back, in  the 80’s following on from the FC and the defiance campaign the non-political movement formed called the United Democratic Front and it was the UDF that brought the much needed change, however, there was a cabal inside the UDF and of course in the weeks leading up to all the major changes, the people were sold down the river, just read Ronnie Kasrells book called armed and dangerous and also a document called Sell-out, its on the Manuals page on https://giftoftruth.wordpress.com. However, the reconstruction and development programme of 1994 also declared the people shall govern, at least there were enough elements in there for us to be able to change it after 20 odd years of experience and knowing what needs to be done in order to free ourselves so the RDP is our vision of an alternative  society and the UPF is the new non political movement and the committee’s are busy are busy laying the foundations for our visions for an alternative society. So get involved in the committees, learn how to govern yourselves, bring your skills to the table, we are covering every aspect of society from banking, agriculture, food security, peace keeping and so forth. The people shall govern.

So in order to allow full participation by as many people as possible, the new 2022 onwards RDP will probably run for another four years, the same as the previous ones, however there will be key emergency actions we will need to take over the next year which we will do but for the general roll out plan, there will be full participation by everyone so get involved look on the channels on the social media where this is being posted for updates, follow https://giftoftruth.wordpress.com there are daily posts that are going out there so you can educate and inform yourself because education is the most potent weapon we can use to bring about change.

One of the key corrections that is being made in the new freedom declaration, first of all is the title, if you look at the 1955 freedom charter, or freedom manifesto as it was called, those are sea terms, those are shipping terms, the documents that you find on a ship, now we are moving from the law of the sea back to the law of the land so on the law of the land, it’s the people that make the declaration. We were supposed to be involved in writing the constitution, so the constitution is wrong in saying ‘we the people’ because its not, it should read: we the representatives because the constitution doesn’t allow for us to have our voice heard, not in the referendum, not in any decision making in the government, so the moment you vote you give up all of your rights, you give it to representatives to do with it whatever they will and because of that, this is why we are in the mess we are in because the constitution is a con and the bill of rights inside there is a bill of wrongs, if you understand law and jurisdiction and start reading it from our educated perspective then you will realise where all the traps are and this why we are in the mess that we are in today.

The more people that remove their names from the voters roll and the more people that take part in the referendum, the more authority we have until we are the majority and then we can change the system of government. In the meantime, we need to educate and inform ourselves so that we can and are able to start directly governing ourselves. In the new South Africa we are going to be engaging in local direct self governance. There will be oversight committees by for and of the people to ensure that our employees, our public servants, if there are any they do their jobs and we can check on them and that there are checks and balances so that we don’t end up with a corrupt and lawless government as we have, because this is our responsibility, we were asleep at the wheel and it is up to us now to make the changes and make sure that our freedoms stay and this never happens again.

Another big error in the freedom charter was the word democracy and democratic country and today they talk about a constitutional democracy, now that is just basically another word for New World Order, One World government, corporate government, corporations fronting as governments so we don’t have a lawful government. In 1995 a corporation was registered and if you look you will see that all government departments were corporatized since then and right now they are all corporations, even right down to the SAPS and this is now common knowledge amongst many of the people that we have educated. All of this information you will find on giftoftruth.wordpress.com. We are not a democracy, we are republic, we wish for a republican form of government. In actual fact it’s a publican form of government, we have been republiced from the land into the sea we have been turned from living people into fictions and corporations through false words that we call semantic deceit under colour of law and this was all done by the courts of South Africa and using a language called legalese, it sounds to you like it means one thing when in actual fact it means something else.

Now lastly we are going to be gathering on the 25^th & 26^th of June in Kliptown park, kindly take note that everything that the South African Sovereign Peoples movement, the UPF and the SA Jural Assembly is doing is voluntary so we rely on donations. We are not funded by the cabal and we will never be funded by the cabal so we will never get any funding from any organisations within the system, it will have to come from you the people and yes we are all poor and broke, but if you can donate to any of your coalitions of choice then please do so. Of course, I believe the park is very dirty so on the 25^th June, please bring gloves, overalls, rakes, bin bags, blankets, picnic baskets, we are first going to have to spend half a day cleaning up the park and as Ghandi said: we must be the change we wish to see in the world so we may as well do a good deed for the day and do some cleaning up and also we will have a good clean environment in which to do the declaration in, in order for something to be established it must not only be done in writing, but also in the ceremony so that will be our ceremony for making fast the 2022 peoples freedom declaration -the people shall govern.

UPF Month End Report

This has been a challenging month for the United People’s Front, to say the least, but after some housecleaning we are back on track and united more than ever before on the mission of restoring people sovereignty and laying the foundation of we the people’s vision of an alternative society by, for and of the people.

Keep in mind that everything done is on a voluntary basis and we will not get funding from any organizations within the system. So, we need volunteers for all the various committees to address every aspect of direct self-governance. The South African Sovereign People’s Movement was launched in May by Advocate Thekiso and already gaining much support; education of people sovereignty over state sovereignty is most important. Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to peacefully change the world.

The ZAR Boervolk will soon be issuing Foreign States Diplomatic Immunity Cards for their people. With enough volunteers to manage a UPF Committee we too will be able to launch SAR cards for the general public and educate them on how and when to use them as a defence against foreign agents from RSA Inc., UN, WHO and others.

June month is Freedom Declaration month; on 25 of June we will be gathering in Kliptown, Joburg to affirm the first interim SA People’s Freedom Declaration. This will either be a historical event if we the people win; otherwise we will be written out of history if the New World Order wins… it’s all up to you the people. Ask yourself: How much does freedom mean to me?

We invited as many people as we could to give input and to make contributions over the last month. Changes to the 2022 Interim Freedom Declaration will be made with all acceptable lawful proposals. Every year a review will be made of the Declaration until everyone is happy with it. It must be by, for and of the people.

This is a most important document because it is a principle of common law that the decree of the sovereign makes law – this is the first common law document by, for and of the people. We hope to see you in Kliptown Park on the 25^th of June.

We are going to spend half the day cleaning up the park so bring gloves, overalls,  rubbish bags, rakes, food, water, picnic blankets and so forth; we must be the change we wish to see in the world.

Love and Common Law is the Key!

Lending our ears out to hearsay

Over the last two weeks there has been division in the United People’s Front ranks caused by a few people behaving badly and who are intent on despoiling our good work on social media; and then of course, the idiots who fall for the hearsay and then the mudslinging begins; and this in supposed common law groups; sis;

It is a well-established principle of law that: All things are presumed against a despoiler or wrong-doer.

One of the key divide and rule tactics is to dig up past history especially political history of those now in the UPF coalition;

It’s time to practice discernment people; if anyone makes any claim then they must have 3 pieces of factual proof; there must be at least two witnesses; and, a formal complaint must be lodged with SA Jural Assembly; otherwise it is baseless and merely hearsay; period; there can be no crime without a witness; and,

Maxim – The answer of one witness shall not be heard. [Deuteronomy 19:15]

DO NOT ENTERTAIN HEARSAY!!! Do not lend your ears out to gossip; and remove those from social media who are the real wrongdoers and despoilers and who regularly stir dissent as far as they go; they claim to stand for truth but are agents of evil – if they know it or not; you know who they are;

SA Jural Assembly has done some housecleaning and thrown out the trash and gave warnings to others; we encourage the UPF to do the same;

Here are some wise words from General Shezi in this regard:

…I think we’ve all underestimated the enemy. We’re in trying times whereas proponents of a Cause greater than ourselves, we should never allow ourselves to be governed by emotions. I can understand if we were fighting and directing our efforts towards a justified Cause that has harmed or hampered progress. But to entertain the mainstream social media is tantamount to playing in their hands.

…Here are some quotes from the greatest Statesman and Emperor of Rome, Marcus Tullius Cicero that deal with the situation we’re facing:

1. On enemies among our UPF ranks, he once said, “A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within freely, his sly whispers rustling through all alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in an accent familiar with his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, and he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear.”

2.  Another lesson from this Roman Emperor, ― Marcus Tullius Cicero: “Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century:

a. Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; (Who is gaining from the infighting?)

b. Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; (Can any member change his past?)

c. Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; (Does it mean when any Coalition partner resigns, we cannot achieve our Objectives?)

d. Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; (To me this speaks to the problem, we tend to be egoistic and stick to cultural norms)

e. Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; (We don’t take time to study the enemy, its modus operandi. PsyOps, media manipulation & develop our OODA process).

f. Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do.” (It speaks to itself and there are deeply embedded patriarchal tendencies in South Africa, that view women as unequal to men)

Let me sign off by sharing some of Cicero’s antidotes:

Future Governance for Southern Africa

SADCTNJ – the SATNJ will also be part of the SADC Tribunal for Natural Justice on issues relating to Southern Africa as a whole; these countries will likely also expatriate;

National Peace Commission and People’s Freedom Council SA are driving this process;

Constitutional Convention – the SATNJ will hold a Constitutional Convention on Constitutional Hill with Constitutional Court Justices and compel all SATNJ Orders such as deputizing police, defence force, sheriffs; oversight committees, moratorium on evictions, foreclosures, repossessions; a people’s debt jubilee; voiding all harmful acts and statutes such as the Plandemic Treaty; rolling out and fulfilling the 2022 Reconstruction & Development Programme;   

Truth & Restoral Commission – a TRC to investigate amongst others: all corporate fraud and theft back to the 1800s; banking fraud; who is behind the plandemic and so forth;

Reconstruction & Development Programme – the UPF Committees and Alliances will each contribute the people’s vision of an alternative society in every aspect of society; the RDP will be the roll out plan and it will be an ongoing project; each Committee ought to have a handbook for other communities to use as guidelines and to learn from; experience can be drawn from those pioneering the process;

Freedom Declaration – the Freedom Declaration is the new updated version of the 1955 Freedom Charter; the first draft is being reviewed and changes proposed; 

UPF and Alliance Committees – committees that are underway is banking, education, health & wellness, people’s courts, and peacekeeping;

Financial Oversight Committee – to begin effecting the transition we need a financial oversight committee of experts with experience in SARB, Treasury, SARS, JSE and the Law Merchant to effect commercial transactions; and to foreclose the bankrupt RSA Inc. and to migrate to and roll out the new value-backed financial system;

Peacekeeping Committee – of course our Peacekeeping Committee is also important during the transition; uniting the Peacekeeping Generals and the boere peacefully is key to our success;

To President Putin and the Russian peoples whom you serve,

we the people for the organic South African Republic, hereinafter ‘SAR’, recognise and support the Russian peoples’ efforts of freedom from Western Totalitarianism fomented by the global elite New World Order and their corporate puppet “governments” who greedily sell our people down the river for Federal Reserve fiat currency debt which we can never pay back due to unsustainable fractional reserve, hyperinflation and interest formulas, hypothecation of debt, securitization and improper application of the “New” Law Merchant, to name but a few.

And, instead of fulfilling the radical economic changes set out in the 1994 Reconstruction & Development Programme and direct self-governance by, for and of the people, our people were sold down the river in favour of the Washington Consensus and a corporate services provider, namely REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA INC. fronting as “lawful government” and in fact operating under re-organization bankruptcy.

As a result, we the people do not recognise the present RSA Inc. regime just as you do not recognise the Kyiv Regime. We are holding a People’s National Referendum to foreclose and liquidate RSA Inc and re-venue all assets into the SAR Express Trust – https://yesmovement.org.za/referendum/

Therefore, the Indigenous Nations of Southern Africa and the former Republics are in the process of re-claiming our prior independence, giving recognition, making peace treaties and trade agreements and all co-operating in union as the un-incorporated South African Republic; much the same as the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics have done.

Furthermore, we will establish a Supreme Court and a National Council and National Treasury equally represented by all the SAR States. We uphold the Law of Peace however reserve the right to self-defence by the law of necessity for self-preservation.

In the meantime, we are in the process of developing an alternative banking system, exchange, trading platform and treasury with asset-backed, value-backed, lawful money, full reserve system and gold standard much as Russia has done.

We wish to enter into discussions to interface our banking system with those services provided by Russia such as the SPFS system as well as the possible use of the BRICS system.

If we do not return to community banks, asset backed lawful money and alternative banking and barter and trade then we will fail.

If you do not separate Church and State then you will fail.

If you do not put your differences aside and unite then we will fail.

If you do not abide by good ethics, morals and values then you will fail.

If you do not apply principles of restorative justice then you will fail.

If you do not love your neighbours as yourself then you will fail.

If you do not know that law of peace is superior to the law of war then you will fail.

If you do not know your enemy and know yourself you will fail.

If you do not have peace in your hearts then you will fail.

If you as leaders do not give up your rights to stand under and serve the people instead of lording over them then you will fail.

If you do not hold regular referendums to find out what the will of the people is then you will fail.

Don’t be led; lead

This may come as a big surprise to a lot of people, but the way the Rats win is by capturing your attention with all their bad behavior.

They present all these ugly alarming things and all these “threats” but in the end, that is not what matters. None of it.

What they are after is your attention and the power that your attention has, that you are unaware of.

Whatever you focus on, whatever you give your attention to, manifests itself — not instantly, but reliably.

So when you give away your attention to their nonsense, they win.

When you invest your energy in the “concerns” that they cause, they win.

When you take them seriously, they win.

When you fail to take charge of “fictions” —- they win.

So you must learn their secret agenda, which has nothing to do with Plandemics or wars or political changes or drugs or any of the other things that they have done, and everything to do with what you envision for yourselves.

You MUST keep your attention focused on a positive and happy future for yourselves.

You MUST keep your hearts and minds fixed upon the heritage and promises that are yours.

You MUST turn away from all their violence and drugs and blame and lies.

And just focus intently on what you want to experience and the kind of world that you want to manifest and the values that you hold.

Don’t let the rats have your mind.

Don’t let them steal your energy and focus and sidetrack it into building their ugly dreams.

Steadfastly, purposefully, without fear concentrate on and work for the world you want to create and upon asserting the values you hold dear in your own daily lives.

Dismissing the Devil is easy. Just turn aside your attention, back to the world you desire. Tell him to go play with himself, as he refuses to play nicely with others.

Smile. Know your own secret.

It’s your attention, it’s the focus of your attention on his bad dreams that Satan most desires and needs, for he and all his henchmen have no power of their own. They are merely seeking to steal and redirect and use the power that rightly and naturally belongs to you.

And all you have to do is yawn and say to yourself — nah, not today….. I am going to my Happy Place…. and I am going to build my dreams. I am going to keep faith with my visions and my interests and I am NOT going to be sidetracked with the sideshow.

UPF SA Month End Report

This has been another busy month for the United People’s Front SA coalitions and committees; the UPF vision is direct self-governance and building our vision of an alternative society; we outright reject the New World Order global elite apartheid system; no different to the 1950s Defiance Campaign when our forefathers rejected apartheid; we are going for nothing less than complete freedom and de-globalization;

The UPF Committees are pioneering alternative banking, education, peacekeeping, agriculture and every other aspect of society which self-governing can use as guidelines; and, the oversight committees will be key in the re-purposing process and transitioning South Africa to the alternative system;

UPF has a new logo which was selected from all the proposals by majority vote;

SA Jural Assembly is assisting and educating people, communities, kingdoms and states in developing common law and customary law, their courts and the people’s jury courts, by, for and of the people;

The IT Committee is developing alternative software and operating systems for smartphones and pc’s;

The UPF website is under construction and will be online within the next month and host the Referendum;

The Banking Committee is developing an alternative banking system to the Federal Reserve Ponzi which, will interface with international trade systems as we and the restern world de-globalizes;

The gold, silver and platinum trade platform will be up and running in the next month;

Yes Movement will launch a Referendum App shortly;

The first kingdoms are re-claiming and re-declaring their self-governance; the kingdoms will issue public notices in this regard when the time is right;

So, there you are: Prime Mover of the Universe.

At least, you are the Prime Mover of Your Universe, while everyone else is the Prime Mover of Their Universe.

Know you not, that you are gods?

You have the unique, awesome, and only power to change yourself, and by changing yourself, you have that same unique, awesome, and only power to change the world.

People, especially young people, who come to me eager to change the world (and expecting that I will have all the answers to do that) are disappointed when I say to them, “You have to change yourself first, before you can change the world.”

They should be encouraged, instead.

I am telling them that they have the power all by themselves. Already. They don’t have to ask anyone’s permission. They don’t have to wait for some unknown starting bell. They are right here, right now, in command.

We all are.

All they have to do is change their mindset. Take another point of view. Each one of us is fully competent and able to change the whole world and we have plenty of evidence that this is true.

Stay on point with the power to change and how you make change happen. So I will say it again:

If you want to change the world, you first have to change yourself.

You have to stop thinking that you are powerless, or that the power to change things exists somewhere else, in someone else’s hands.

Instead, the power and the responsibility that goes with it, is yours — and it always has been.

Me? — you may be squeaking at this moment, like a small, startled mouse. “Me? You think I have the power to change the world?”

Yes, that is precisely what I am telling you.

You have the power to change the world, and in a way, you are the only one who does, because what other people think and do and choose is up to them.

So, if anything at all is going to change, someone has to get up and change it.

And if you don’t like the way things are, the only one standing here is you.

A sacred thing does not admit of valuation.

The human body does not admit of valuation.

However, when a Christian calls him or herself a ‘human being’, they are in truth saying, “I’m a monster, an animal; I’m non-religious; I’m unrepentant; I’m wicked, sinful and un-sacred so I can be placed under bondage, taxed and levied, chipped tagged and bagged like a herd animal, made a modern day slave and turned into merchandise; corporate “property of ‘THE STATE’, therefore I’m subject to man’s law, rather than God’s Law.”

Background:

To understand the problems of today we need to understand how we got here in the first place; now, the oldest religion in the world is demon satanic luciferin worship of the “fallen ones” which goes all the way back to Ancient Babylon, Mesopotamia, Persia, Sumeria and the Garden of Eden;

In a nutshell, the Brotherhood of the Serpent and Reptilian Bloodlines, claiming to be directly descended from Sargon the Great and his Annunaki forefathers, infiltrated Israel and Judaism via the Canaanite Ashkenazi Khazarian Mafia aka “Synagogue of Satan”; they swore an oath to avenge Hiram Abiff and to corrupt and destroy the earth, the people and all that is sacred while using us as the tools of the destruction;

Revelation 2:9 I know your works, and tribulation, and poverty, but you are rich, and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the Synagogue of Satan.

And, over the last 1000 years, Mystery Babylon took control of the Vatican, Monarchies, Merchants and Banksters; Rome, over London, Washington DC and New York; today known as the New World Order has corrupted and perverted every system of good governance: from banking, commerce, law and government;

And all this was achieved by employing what we jurists call “semantic deceit under colour of law”; in other words using false words in the legal system intended to deceive and defraud and enslave; and also using false measures and weights in the banking and law merchant system;

Levitus 19:35 You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure. 36 Just balances, just weights, a just Ephah, and a just Hin shall you have: I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.

Legalese:

The true meaning of words is hidden in the definitions of words; so we turn to the Law Dictionaries;

Black’s Law Dictionary defines LEGALESE as:

“The jargon characteristically used by lawyers, esp. in legal documents <the partner chided the associate about the rampant legalese in the draft sublease>.

The 1893 Dictionary of Arts and Sciences, Encyclopedia Britannica, a Dictionary of Arts, Sciences, And General Literature / The R.S Peale 9th 1893 defines the word “LEGAL” in 5 words: “The undoing of God’s Law.” Need we say more…

Human Being Defined:

From Ballentine’s Law Dictionary, 1948 Edition. ‘Human Being’ is defined as follows: ‘See monster’. From the same dictionary, ‘monster’ is defined: ‘A human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal.’

It is not found anywhere in the Bible that a Christian Man or Woman is an animal or part of the animal kingdom. This being the case, then what exactly is a ‘human being.’

From the Oxford New English Dictionary of 1901, ‘human’ is defined as, ‘3. Belonging or relative to man as distinguished from God or superhuman beings; pertaining to the sphere or faculties of man (with implication of limitation or inferiority); mundane; secular. (Often opposed to divine.)

‘Secular’ being the important word here, we look to the multi-definitions in the 1992 Random House Webster’s College Dictionary: “Secular’ adj.

1. of or pertaining to worldly things or to things not regarded as sacred: temporal.

2. not relating to or concerned with religion (opposed to sacred).

3. concerned with non-religious subjects.

4. not belonging to a religious order: not bound by monastic vows.”

Therefore, ‘human’ means un-Godly. From the same dictionary, a look at a combination of the two: ‘Secular humanism’ n. any set of beliefs that promotes human values without specific allusion to religious doctrines.”

And, “‘secularism’ n.

1. secular spirit or tendency, esp. a system of political or social philosophy that rejects all forms of religious faith or worship.

2. the view that public education and other matters of civil policy should be conducted without the influence of religious beliefs.”

In conjunction with this, from Collier’s New Dictionary of the *English Language, 1928. ‘humanitarian’ is defined: n. ‘a philanthropist: an anti Trinitarian who rejects the doctrine of Christ’s divinity; a perfectionist.:

From the above Random House Dictionary, “humanitarianism’ is defined: n. ‘the doctrine that humankind may become perfect without divine aid.’

With no definition of ‘human being’ in Law, Mellinkoff’s Dictionary of American Legal Usage, 1992, defines ‘Person’ as, 1.”a human being–without regard to sex, legitimacy, or competence. This person is the central figure in law, as elsewhere, characterized by personal attributes of mind, intention, feelings, weaknesses, morality common to human beings; with rights and duties under the law. This is the person, sometimes called an individual, and often referred to in the law as a natural person, as distinguished from an artificial person (sense 3).”

Of course, ‘morality common to human beings’ is not explained, because that would reveal too much. Again, in Shawmut Bank, N.A. vs. Valley Farms, (610A.2d652,654) it states, “For purpose of statute protecting certain property from post-judgment remedies, and therefore from prejudgment attachment, ‘natural person’ means ‘human being’, not artificial or juristic person”.

So, if natural person and human being are considered the same in the law, let’s take a closer look at what a ‘natural person’ is. As you may know, all government codes, rules and regulations only attach to corporations, partnerships and persons.

In South African law, the Interpretation Act of 1957 and amendments defines ‘person’ as follows:

‘person’ includes-

(a) any divisional council, municipal council, village management board, or like authority;

(b) a company, close corporation or co-operative incorporated or registered in terms of legislation whether in the Republic or elsewhere;

(c) a body of persons corporate or unincorporated;

(d) an estate of a deceased or insolvent person; or

(e) a partnership, trust or trust fund,

but excludes an organ of state unless section 27 applies;

And the inclusion of the above means the exclusion of all else;

Note: nowhere does it mention that an ACT applies to people; a person is a legal fiction entity that exists only on paper;

Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said: Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Romans 2:11 For, there is no respect of persons with God.

James 2:8 If you fulfil the royal Law, according to the Scripture, you will love your neighbour as yourself, you do well. 9 But if you have respect to persons, you commit sin, and are convinced of the Law, as transgressors.

Jude 1:16 These are murmurers and complainers, walking after their own lusts, and their mouth speaks great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.

It is through false words used by Courts of SA known as semantic deceit under colour of law that we the people get converted from living creditors into legal fiction debtor “persons”, “chattel” (cattle), “property” and “deceased estates”…

Luke: 11:45 Then answered one of the Lawyers, and said to him, Master, so saying, you reproach us also. 46 And he said, Woe to you also you lawyers: for you laid men with burdens grievous to be born, and you your selves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

In English Law in the 17th Century, Lord Coke differentiated between ‘natural persons’ and ‘moral persons in a community’ in the following statement from his Institutes… “we must observe, that estate is defined by the civilians, the capacity of moral persons; for, as natural persons have a certain space in which their natural existence is placed, and in which they perform their natural actions, so have persons in a community a certain state or capacity, in which they are supposed to exist, to perform their moral acts, and exercise all civil relations,”… (2 Inst. 669).

With ‘natural man’ being the same as ‘natural person’, we find further evidence of exactly what a ‘human being’ is. From the above Random House Dictionary, page 901, ” ‘Natural’ adj. 17. natural man: unenlightened or unregenerate.” From the same Dictionary, page 1461, ” ‘unregenerate’

1. not regenerate; unrepentant.

2. unconvinced by or unconverted to a particular religion, sect, or movement.

4. wicked; sinful; dissolute.

5. an unregenerate person.”

In conjunction with this, from The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, 1933, ‘naturalism’ is defined as: ‘a system of morality or religion having a purely natural basis; a view of the world, and of man’s relationship to it, in which only the operation of natural, as opposed to supernatural or spiritual, laws and forces is assumed.’ and ‘naturalist’ is defined as: ‘One who follows the light of nature, as contrasted with revelation.’

And, of course, the Scriptures being the final authority, confirms all of the above, at

1 Corinthians 3:14, “But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

In closing, it is a well-established principle of law that: If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29]

Conclusion:

Therefore, we do not celebrate “Hue-man Wrongs” Day; monster rights are not enforceable so what’s the point?

Attorneys and Advocates cannot claim plausible deniability in this mass scale deception, entrapment, mis-characterization, personage, press-ganging, conversion of your status, to name but a few artifices of semantic deceit under colour of law;   

It is only when the power of lawmaking is restored back to the people in common law or customary law courts, where it lawfully belongs, that these glaring legalese errors can be corrected; where plain language can be restored, where man, people and humans can mean the same thing; and, where human rights can finally be enforceable if a people’s court in the form of a jury of peers or tribal authority declares it to be so;

SA UPF Peacekeepers Report

On the 23^rd of October 2021 on behalf of the SA United People’s Front the SA Jural Assembly emailed a Cease & Desist Order to the United Nations Incorporated that we regard their presence here on our soil as an invasion at the original law of nations; and, therefore to enter into peaceful negotiations for their unconditional withdrawal from South Africa; and, failing in which they give us licence to confiscate their equipment and use it to defend ourselves against them; that is, if our Peacekeeping Generals recommend we declare a state of self-defence AND it is unanimously Ordered so by a UPF people’s court; we are not quite there yet;

The UN Cease & Desist Order was also hand delivered to the UN Offices in Pretoria Central; unrebutted these Orders now stand as accepted by silence and as a default judgement and can be used as evidence in a court of law, be it national or international; we now have a licence to defend ourselves, should the need arise; self-defence is a God-given natural right; we have set them up in order to set them down; the tables have been turned;

Also, Notices & Orders were served by hand on the SA Army, SANDF and SAPS Generals whereby we deputized them to stand under we the people and to serve and protect we the sovereign people and not the corporations;

Yesterday, we enquired from the UPF Peacekeeping Generals regarding the status of UN and other foreign troops in Southern Africa; the response what that even though it is a grave and serious concern for we the people and our Republic, we have assurances from the Defence Force that in a state of self-defence the sovereign people and our Republic will be defended;

Nevertheless, in 2021 the sales of bullets increased sevenfold as compared to previous years; we the people are well-armed; and we have over half a million highly decorated and skilled ex-war veterans and a few good Generals;

Also, note that this top heavy system was designed to collapse and implode dear people so that the New World Order can step in as “saviours” because they are hoping we will be too lazy to sort it out ourselves – “you will own nothing and be happy”;

Draft SA People’s Freedom Declaration

Comment: It is said that history repeats itself; the 2022 Freedom Declaration is based on the 1955 Freedom Charter; and, is a unique document in that for the second time, we the Southern African people, are actively involved in formulating our own vision of an alternative society; the increasing prevalent New World Order of Corporate State oppression and exploitation since 1995 is hereby totally rejected.

Freedom “Declaration” is used instead of “Charter” or “Manifesto” which are both shipping law-of-the-sea terms to keep it a lawful and binding law-of-the-land decree by, for and of the people; the idea of a new SA People’s Freedom Declaration was suggested and agreed upon by the first United People’s Front coalitions in 2021.

“The essence of sovereignty is that the decree of the sovereign makes law.”

The SA United People’s Front is a non-political people’s government made up of different coalitions, kingdoms and states enlisting volunteers and committees  to lay the foundations for an alternative society of direct self-governance based on the will of all the people and beginning with the SA People’s National Referendum;

Thus the people will again meet on the 25th and 26th of June 2022 as some of our forefathers did for the 1955 Freedom Charter, and again it will represent a crucial historical moment in establishing a new order based on the will of we the people; the public have until then to make amendments or changes to this draft declaration;  

The Freedom Charter proclaims that “the people shall govern” and ”Southern Africa belongs to all who live on it” and that “all shall be equal before the law”. It pledges to continue the United People’s Front change campaign and fulfillment of the new 2022 Reconstruction & Development Programme Policy Framework until a new lawful people’s order of direct self-governance by, for and of the people is in place.

Hence, the Charter is a significant document because it embodies the hopes and aspirations of all the different Southern African peoples; united in their diversity; the Rainbow Nation; the people now do govern.

The 2022 Freedom Declaration is to be recorded in the UPF National Recording Office and is to remain un-enacted as a lawful and binding document at common law, customary law, natural law and in all other jurisdictions and is binding on all present and future organs of state.

Draft SA People’s Freedom Declaration 2022

We, the Southern African people, declare for all our country and the world to know:

That Southern Africa belongs to all who live on it, black, brown and white, and that no government can justly claim authority unless it is based on the will of the people;

That our people have been robbed of their birthright to land, freedom and peace by a form of government founded on injustice and inequality;

That our country will never be prosperous or free until all our people live in brotherhood, enjoying equal rights and opportunities;

That only a (re)publican state, based on the will of all the people, can secure to all their birthright without distinction of colour, race, sex or belief;

And therefore we, the Southern African people, black, brown and white together – equals, countrymen, brothers and sisters – affirm this Freedom Declaration. And we pledge ourselves to strive together, sparing neither strength nor courage, until the changes here set out have been won.

THE PEOPLE GOVERN!

Every man and woman has the right and duty to take their turn in the decision-making of people’s assemblies, committees and courts of direct self-governance;

And, to sit as a jurist in a people’s common law or customary law courts, tribal authority or other people’s forum which make laws;

All people are entitled to take part in the direct self-administration of their local community or national self-governing state or the organic South African Republic;

The rights of the people are the same, regardless of belief, colour, nationality, race, or sex;

All corporate bodies of minority rule, advisory boards, councils and authorities shall be replaced by people’s committees and public organs of direct self-governance;

Local and national referendums must be held on all decisions affecting the people;

ALL STATES HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS!

State autonomy, independence and sovereignty is the original law of nations;

South Africa is a Republic – in a republican form of government sovereignty is vested in the people for whom the government exists and acts; and,

Every self-determining state has the right to autonomy and self-determination within the Republic while sharing equally in Southern Africa’s national wealth;

All states are to enter into mutual compacts, peace and trade treaties to uphold and maintain the indivisibility of the South African Republic;

All states have equal right to develop their own common or customary laws, courts, banks and governance; to use their own languages, folk culture and customs;

Every state shall be protected by treaty law against insults to their people and state;

Every state will elect a statesman to sit on a national executive council and other offices deemed necessary to represent the South African Republic internationally.

THE PEOPLE SHARE IN THE COUNTRY’S WEALTH!

The national wealth of our country, the heritage of all South Africans, shall be restored to the people;

The mineral wealth beneath the soil, the banks and the monopoly industry shall be transferred to the ownership of the people as a whole;

All other industry and trade shall be controlled by oversight committees authorised by people’s courts to assist the well-being of the people;

Anti-trust laws are to be instituted against multinational corporations to capture illicit capital flows from Southern Africa into offshore tax havens for SA development;

All people have the right to trade where they choose, to manufacture and to enter all crafts, trades and professions unless regulated by a people’s court.

THE LAND IS SHARED AMONG THOSE WHO WORK IT!

The land is allodial; feudal tenure is abolished and all Title Deeds are null & void for semantic deceit under colour of law, fraud and for lack of subject matter jurisdiction;

Land Patents will be recorded in a Land Recording Office approved by the people’s assemblies, committees or courts;

All people have the natural right of use and custodianship of a piece of land without having to pay for it other than basic admin costs;

All municipal and state controlled farms and land shall be re-divided, by the relevant tribal authority or people’s land committee, amongst those who wish to work it to ensure food security and banish famine and land hunger;

The state, if possible, shall help the people with equipment, implements, tools and training in eco-friendly, organic, nature farming and sustainable techniques;

All prior commons, communal and un-used public land will be restored back to the local community and administrated by a local people’s land committee;

ALL ARE EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW!

The power of lawmaking must be restored to the people where it lawfully belongs;

Cases involving people and private businesses and trusts, must be transferred to a people’s court for arbitration; and, failing remedy, a jury, tribal authority or forum;

A people’s court is a customary law tribal authority or a common law jury court or arbitrator approved by, for and of the people assembled;

Only people’s courts have jurisdiction over people, their rights, property, land, minerals, resources, soil, air, fresh water, coastal waters and anything tangible;

And, the local common law or customary law of the place applies;

Legal COURTS OF SOUTH AFRICA only have jurisdiction over contracts between corporate legal fiction entities and must restrict themselves to such business;

The order of things is confounded if every one preserves not his jurisdiction;

Members of the BAR legal system and attorneys are prohibited from taking part in the proceedings of people’s courts, assemblies, committees and or governance;  

Principles of Restorative Justice must be applied by people’s courts in all cases;

Imprisonment does not rehabilitate; prisons must be re-purposed into rehabilitation centres; in a more equitable, fair and just society crime will be greatly reduced;

The police force and army and sheriffs are the helpers and protectors of the people and are obligated to act upon the orders of the people’s courts;

ALL HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS!

The law guarantees to all their inherent, pre-existing, natural inalienable rights;

Some of the rights of the people are set out in the SA People’s Bill of Rights;

The people have no accountability to the state except before a jury of their peers in a people’s common law court or before a tribal authority in a customary law court;

All are equally accountable before a people’s court no matter their office, title or status; be it corporate or state, public or private;

Where truth is, fiction of law does not exist;

The privacy of the house from police and other raids and shall be protected by law;

All shall be free to travel without restriction within Southern Africa and abroad;

Passes, permits and all other rules restricting these freedoms shall be abolished;

Restrictions can only be ordered by the unanimous ruling of a people’s court;

THERE IS WORK AND SECURITY FOR ALL!

Poverty, like slavery is man-made and can be undone by the actions of the people;

In a fair society we can immediately end un-employment and a basic income for all;

Every state shall recognise the right and duty of all to work and contribute to society,

There shall be a forty-hour working-week, a better national minimum wage, paid annual leave, sick leave for all workers, and maternity leave for all working mothers;

All who work shall be free to form trade unions, to elect their officers and to make wage agreements with their employers;

Men and women of all races shall receive equal pay for equal work;

Employment must be on a basis of merit; affirmative action is counter-productive, un-economical and places a financial burden on society as a whole;

Free tertiary education and or bursaries is key for skills development;

Civil servants, domestic workers, farm workers and mineworkers have the same rights as all others who work;

THE DOORS OF LEARNING AND OF CULTURE IS OPEN!

Every community shall discover, develop and encourage national talent for the enhancement of their cultural life;

All the cultural treasures of mankind shall be open to all, by free exchange of books, ideas and contact with other lands;

The aim of education shall be to teach the youth the truth, their rights, self-governance, to love their culture, to honour their neighbours, freedom and peace;

Education shall be alternative, free, voluntary and equal for all children;

Higher education and technical training shall be opened to all by means of state trust allowances and scholarships awarded on the basis of merit;

Adult illiteracy and indoctrination shall be ended by a mass state educational plan;

Teachers have all the same rights as all other people equally;

THERE ARE HOMES, SECURITY AND COMFORT FOR ALL!

All people shall have the right to live where they choose, to be decently and sustainably housed and to bring up their families in comfort and security;

Unused farming and housing space shall be made available to the people;

Rent and prices shall be lowered; food plentiful and no one shall go hungry;

A natural health scheme shall be run by the state trust;

Free natural health care and hospitalization shall be provided for all, with special care for mothers and young children;

Slums shall be demolished, and new sustainable suburbs built where all have transport, roads, lighting, playing fields, day care and social centres;

The aged, the orphans, the disabled and the sick shall be cared for by the state trust;

Rest, leisure and recreation is the right of all;

THERE IS PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP!

South Africa is a fully independent state of sovereign people, which respects the rights and sovereignty of all other nations;

South Africa will strive to maintain world peace and the settlement of all international disputes by peaceful negotiation – not war;

Peace and friendship amongst all our people shall be secured by upholding equal rights, opportunities and status for all;

The self-determining communities, kingdoms, republics and states are free to decide for themselves their own future;

The right of the peoples of Africa to independence and self-government shall be recognised and shall be the basis of close co-operation.

ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO A HEALTHY NATURAL ENVIRONMENT!

All harmful chemical, farming, industrial, manufacturing, packaging and toxic processes must be phased out for environmentally-friendly and people-friendly ones;

All harmful un-natural processes and technologies must be banned;   

Environmental cleanup, rehabilitation and proper re-cycling of waste is a priority to save the environment from collapse while creating jobs for all;      

Let all who love their people and their country now say, as we say here:

‘These freedoms we will peace for, side by side,

Throughout our lives,

Until we have won all our freedoms.’
